LOVE LETTER TO BINKY
The Lion sleeps tonight. My first dog was a basset hound called Blodwyn who was my best buddy growing up . She came into my life at around 4 years old. Then as a teenager we welcomed Derrick into our lives, an Airdale Terrier. Mum was left with Derrick as my brother and I finished our education and fled the nest. ANDREW WEATHERALL
Integrity is always the first word that comes to mind when I think of Andrew, although he preferred to see himself as a, "self sabotaging non careerist". He did what he liked and he liked what he did. He was tolerant but would not suffer fools. He was honest, which was sometimes harsh. Harsh but fair. His work ethics were rigid but he was free.
