VOLTAGE

Exploring the science of grounding, sunlight, forest therapy and the subtle electrical connections between humans and the natural world.

Voltage

This page gathers together some of the research, conversations and ideas that explore the subtle electrical relationship between humans and the natural world.

From grounding and sunlight to forest therapy and the complex ways our bodies respond to nature, these studies and discussions help illuminate the science behind practices that many people instinctively feel but may not fully understand.

The videos collected here are not presented as final answers but as points of curiosity, glimpses into a growing body of research exploring how light, earth, sound and environment influence our wellbeing.

Much of the thinking behind Ground Dog and the Find Your Frequency programme grows from these kinds of observations.

In a world increasingly separated from natural systems, it can be fascinating to rediscover just how electrically connected we still are to the living planet.
